Welcome new filmmakers and Blacklist alum! Submissions are now open for the “Blacklist Art and Film Festival” San Diego. See the guidelines below. As always we will be handing out the coveted “Beast in Show” award to the best short film and "Criminal Record" award for best music video. Let the battle for the beast begin!

Film Submission Guidelines:

• Must be 30 min or less.
• All genres are strongly encouraged and accepted. Animation, gore, art house, sci-fi, docs, even trailers, we love ‘em all.
